Her Hiding Place exists for women who want more than inspirational quotes and surface-level faith. It’s for women who love Jesus and want His Word to actually shape their lives, their choices, and the way they walk through everyday moments.
At the heart of Her Hiding Place is the call to live a life hidden in Christ. Psalm 32:7 reminds us that God is our hiding place, and Colossians 3:3 tells us our lives are hidden with Christ in God. This isn’t just comforting language. It’s an invitation to stop striving, stop performing, and learn what it looks like to live securely in Jesus.
This space was created to help women stay rooted in the Word and learn how to apply Scripture in real life. Not just during quiet time, but in motherhood, work, relationships, waiting seasons, and hard decisions. The goal isn’t to have it all together. The goal is faithfulness and obedience, one step at a time.
At Her Hiding Place, our goal is to make biblical teaching clear, honest, and practical. Scripture is studied in context and then brought into everyday life in a way that actually makes sense. This is a place for women who want to grow in discernment, confidence, and spiritual maturity without pressure to be perfect.
Her Hiding Place is also about walking this journey together. Faith was never meant to be lived out alone. This is a space to grow, ask honest questions, wrestle with the Word, and be encouraged as you follow Jesus.

Meet the Founder: Jean Morrison
Hi, I’m Jean, and I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m the founder of Her Hiding Place, but before any of that, I’m a woman who has learned what it means to desperately need Jesus. I grew up in church and always knew about God, but for a long time, my faith was more about familiarity than surrender. I searched for identity and belonging in places that left me empty and exhausted.
Everything changed when I reached a breaking point and finally laid my life down before the Lord. In that moment of surrender, I stopped trying to do things on my own and allowed Jesus to truly be Lord, not just Savior. From there, my love for God’s Word deepened, and Scripture became more than something I read. It became something I lived.
I’m a homeschool mom, a student of the Word, and someone who believes deeply in the power of biblical truth applied to real life. I’m passionate about helping women grow in their faith without pressure to be perfect or have it all figured out. I care about sound teaching, spiritual growth, and learning how to walk with Jesus in everyday life, not just on Sundays.
Her Hiding Place was born from my own journey of learning to run to God as my refuge and to live hidden in Christ. What started as personal study and obedience became a calling to walk alongside other women who want a deeper, more grounded faith.
My heart is simple. I want women to know Jesus, love His Word, and live faithfully right where they are. I’m honored to be part of your journey, and I’m grateful you found your way here.
